Freddie, This man took a chance and would sell you beer after hours. He would bag it and give it to you when you left. There was a posting on here a few months ago and Malcolm M. knew the man's name and I think he was greek in terms of his ethnicity and probably in his mid to late 70's. ( This was i...

Malcolm is right. I was surprised when my father told me that high school only had 11 grades when he attended. He would have graduated in 1923 or '24. Figured it would be an older person to know the answer.

I think I can remember "Dusty" Carnes visiting Dianne Cox at that house if it is where we think it is. I can remember passing there several times and he and Dianne would be on the front porch. This would be after he got off work at the car shops and this would have been in the mid-fiftys. ...

Looks like the house on the corner of 177 & Spring St. If it is, I believe it would be directly behind the grounds of HHS. Looks like that apt complex wasn't built at that time.

I do not know the answer to this but thought i would post this question to help keep this section alive. Perhaps someone does.

Why did this person have an elephant carved from pink granite on his grave? I can't remember his name but am fairly sure it was a man.
