Based on the directions given on the Richmond Count GenWeb site under the Cemetery heading, I would say there's a good possibility that this is Smith Cemetery.

Freddie has the church properly located. It's in South Carolina (about 1 mile from the NC/SC line) in the community that has always been referred to as Haire Town.

You are right on that Bruce O., but I would consider that branch line part of the main east line out of town.

Although not a railroad person, I tend to agree with JHS that there were only four, one for each of the cardinal ordinates.

I remember too Sigmore. I grew up right next door to the plant on 74 East, and us kids spent many an hour at their dump site just south of the plant recovering all those valuables they had so needlessly thrown away (only in a kid's mind.)

Don't remember the Watts Cleaners store specifically, but could it be that this is in the Joe Levine Department store building on Hamlet Avenue? That would put it between Levines store proper on the corner and the Western Auto store.
