I keep going back to the picture of the old mansion that Calvary Baptist Church used until they built a new one because I loved that old house! I was sad that it was not saved and preserved and used in some way. Hamlet does not have many historical reminders of its past. Thank you so much for the picture. Could you tell me who built the house and the family or families that lived there? I have not researched it in my book about Hamlet's history but I don't remember reading about it and I think I would have. Thanks for this and all you for those of us who love Hamlet and appreciate our walks down "Memory Lane". Beth Tucker Strayhorn
