This is the building on Main Street that the city converted
into a museum to house the "Tornado" engine. Across the
street from the new Welcome Center (Stinson's Furniture
building).

Swift & Co. is a food processing Company. This
building was used for the distribution of meat
products in the area. This building was built in
1924 by the Lackey estate to house Swift & Co.
and Star Fruit Co. and had, for the day, modern
refrigeration.
