That's nice to hear, Wayne.
Double-check about your nephew's wife's surgical residency. USF (the University of San Francisco) is a Catholic school that has no hospital of its own but does have graduate nursing programs. UCSF (the University of California, San Francisco) is a high-powered graduate level university -- no bachelor's degree programs -- that has only health sciences in its curriculum. It has a huge hospital, medical and dental schools and is just a few blocks from USF. A lot of really top-flight doctors come out of that place.
