Man-o-man, they had some really good BBQ back in the day. Sliced or chopped, it was all good. You could even get in little cardboard tubs in the grocery stores. I think they sold out a long time back and the new owners didn't keep up the quality that Revels had. Started getting gristle and fat in the product. Gristle and fat = not long enough at low temps. I just might have to bust open some of my Q today!!

Is it ,gasp, gas David?? I just cooked 15 lbs of pork butts for 22 hours on lump charcoal. When I pulled them I did 3lbs of bacon on the same load of charcoal. People hold me hostage trying to get my BBQ. Make me proud David, get some lump. Sigmore

I'll have to admit though David, that is a very nice looking set up. I'm going to make a point of seeing you this trip to the SeaFest. I missed you the last time. Been a long time.
